Former England manager Roy Hodgson has assumed the role of caretaker manager for Bristol City following the dismissal of head coach Gerhard Struber.
At 78 years old, Hodgson returns to the club he previously managed in 1982, marking his first return to management after stepping away from Crystal Palace in 2024.
Struber's departure comes after a disappointing spell that yielded only one win in nine matches across all competitions, a period that has seen the Robins drop to 16th position in the Championship.
Further updates will be provided as the situation develops.
